Terms and Conditions – GuideYiz App

1. Acceptance of Terms

a. By clicking “Accept Terms”, accessing the Guide App, or using any of its services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

a. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of content or the availability of the app at all times.

a. The Guide App does not include any buying or selling features. We will never request your card, bank, or payment details. You are solely responsible for any financial information provided outside the app.
